Backstage with the Deftones at the Ventura theater
When I launched my website I forgot to write some kind of opening statement explaining why I even wanted to start this thing in the first place. I was real busy trying to pull everything together so I could launch with a good amount of material and somehow it skipped my mind. Now that everything is up and running I can sit back and take my time and do whatever the fuck I want. I know most of you already know that I’ve done a lot of photography throughout the years, but I felt that I’ve never had a proper place to display any of it.
Now that I have this kick ass website, I’ll be putting up a good chunk of old photos that I’ve shot throughout the years from the Poweredge days, to Slap magazine , and of course Big Brother. I’ll also be adding new photos and videos at least once a week. Maybe I’ll have some guest writers do a story as well every once in awhile. Who knows? So from here on out everything will live right here and this is will be my platform for whatever I create. You can call it my testing ground for new ideas and a place where you can hear my voice, whether you like it or not.
I know you’re probably thinking, “Why didn’t he just put out a coffee table book?” Well I could still do that, but I don’t think that’s going to happen for a while, if it ever happens at all? As a quick reminder, I really want to encourage everyone to sign up for my website. You’ll be able post comments on everything that’s on the site and you’ll also be added to my mailing list . Don’t worry I’m not going to spam your ass with a bunch of bullshit. It’s just when I come out with something new, or there’s a fun event going on, or if I fart, you’ll be the first one to know about it.
I really don’t know what’s going to become of this website, but I know everyone down at my office is sick and tired of hearing me talking about it. I really don’t care what those assholes think, though, because I’m having so much fun making this site. I haven’t been this excited since the last time I shit my pants. The other day I was thinking to myself how my photography career has come full circle and it kind of feels like I’m working on a magazine again. Only this time it’s online and it’s all about me.

Thanks for comments everybody!
